WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEE AND DELIVERY TIMELINE?

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

 

 

 

*Above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

For Australia and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that MelodyAtelier does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

WHAT DOES IN-STOCK, BACKORDERED AND MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, backordered or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

In Stock
It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 2 business days from the date ordered, but be sure to note the estimated "ships on" on each individual product page - this is the date it will leave our facility. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button.

Backordered
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to order (including engravings and monograms)
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These pieces include our Milestone collection (engagement rings and wedding bands), engravables and monogrammed pieces.

They do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier end (including traffic and weather condition, and surge in delivery volume).

Our products have varying processing times (because sometimes, we make them just for you!). Please check the product specific page to be fully aware of the expected processing times and product state (in stock, made to order or backordered) as it does vary by product and size.

Keep in mind that Ring Sizers are shipped via regular mail and take 5-10 business days to arrive on your end!

In-Stock Items: if purchased by Dec 17th 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by Dec 18th to receive by Dec 24th.
Monogrammed + Engraved Items: If purchased by Dec 15th 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to arrive by Dec 24th. Unless displayed otherwise on Mejuri.com.
Engagement + Wedding Bands: These items are made to order and require extra production time. Your order will ship by the date indicated on the product page.

UK & US: In-stock orders shipping to Canada, UK and US are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped from our facilities. Keep in mind that depending on the zip code, the courier may take extra days to deliver your package - for remote and/or very rural areas, your order may be transitioned to a more local courier in the area which can increase the shipping time by 1-3 business days. Be sure to take this into consideration when placing your order!
International: Orders shipping to other countries are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped from our facilities.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

1. United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. United Kingdom
All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery

3. Australia
Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

4. Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Melodyatelier does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Melodyatelier. As we're based out of , banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.
